She'll be fine.
Dogs are omnivorous foodaholics. They are hunters, gatherers, and - as in this case - scavengers. They have a million-year history of eating like that, both in their present form and in the form of their ancestor, the wolf. A dog and a wolf are essentially the same animal and they can eat the same food.

umm you are definitely over-reacting :P . You should not have made her throw up! We live in the country and my dog eats anything and everything and rolls and licks anything dead (ewww! i know but it's true) and NEVER gets sick. They are made for that kinda thing kind of.
